Proudly offering one-on-one treatments.

About us:

We are a locally-owned outpatient physical therapy clinic that proudly specializes in one-on-one patient care experiences.

Our physical therapists provide 2 general types of interventions: patient education/instruction and interventions to achieve patient goals and expected outcomes.  Appropriate interventions are selected by our skilled PT's based on impairments identified through the examination data, the evaluation, the diagnosis and the prognosis, and the goals and expected outcomes for each individual patient. The process of informing, educating, or training patients, families,  and caregivers is intended to promote and optimize patient function and occurs at every visit. Instruction may be related to the current condition; specific impairments in body function and structure, activity limitations, or participation restrictions; the plan of care; risk factors for developing a health condition or disability; or need for participation in a health, wellness, or fitness program.

An evaluation is needed to begin a plan of care for each patient. During the initial evaluation a history is taken from the patient followed by measurements of objective data and tests to determine what structures are involved.  From this evaluation, a plan of care is established that is unique to each patient.

All of our therapists have successfully worked with all types of injuries/conditions such as: neurological, musculoskeletal, orthopedic, geriatric, history of falls, back and joint pain, and acute/chronic pain. Combined, we have over a decade of experience in the physical therapy field.

Areas of Practice

Musculoskeletal pain

We successfully treat many types of musculoskeletal pain. Whether it be tendonitis, muscle imbalances, or joint dysfunction our physical therapists will be able to evaluate and treat your condition.

dry needling

We have physical therapists that are certified to perform dry needling to address your muscle pain and tightness. Dry needling is not for all patients and it is important to have an evaluation before determining if it is right for you.

post-operative rehabilitation

From total knee replacements to rotator cuff repairs, we know how to treat your post-operative joint. With skill and experience, we choose the exercises and stretches that best suits your individual needs. No “one exercise fits all”.

women’s health

Treating many conditions involving the pelvic floor from incontinence, pelvic pain, and pain with sex. We also specialize in pre and post-natal care to reduce aches and pains caused by pregnancy. Women’s health can also help prepare the body for a healthy delivery and reduce risk of complications.

Balance deficits

As we grow older, our balance begins to deteriorate. Poor balance may lead to other injuries and falls. We will be able to help you gain more confidence in your balance, and reduce your likelihood of having a fall. Our physical therapists will evaluate your balance and treat your balance deficits.

chronic pain

In light of the opioid epidemic, many physicians are turning to physical therapy to make chronic pain more manageable. Our practitioners will teach you exercises, stretches, and modalities to better manage your pain.
